The ISSPD Board meets for approximately an hour a month (online) and engages in other activities. Board members are voluntary and do not receive renumeration. We are looking for individuals with a dedication and commitment to promoting the scientific study and treatment of personality pathology and disorders. The ISSPD Board will determine the slate of candidates within two months of the closing date. The Board will shortlist candidates, and may suggest different roles to nominees, decline to progress nominations that are not competitive, or directly seek nominations from other individuals, to ensure positions are filled. The final candidates shortlisted will be asked to prepare a statement and submit a picture for distribution. The election of new officers will be held online prior to congress, and confirmed at the ISSPD Congress AGM on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in Boston. Nominees do not need to be at congress. Information about the Congress may be found at https://isspdcongress.com
